HRS Heat Exchangers, Booth C3-AP37, ProPak Asia 2026, Bangkok, Thailand

At this year’s ProPak Asia exhibition, HRS Heat Exchangers will showcase their range of pasteurisation equipment and bespoke processing systems for food and beverage manufacturers around the world. From dairy products and fruit juices to plant-based milk alternatives and highly viscous materials, HRS has solutions for all products and situations; from corrugated tube-in-tube heat exchangers (designed to minimise fouling and maximise efficiency) to the HRS R Series and Unicus Series of scraped surface heat exchangers.

Pasteurisation is a key step in the production of many fruit and beverage products, ensuring that any microorganisms are deactivated and the desired shelf life of the product is achieved. For some product types, such as meat derivatives and dairy, it is also a vital food safety measure.

While every HRS heat exchanger and system is designed specifically for the client’s unique situation, for those looking for a complete solution, HRS also offers the Thermblock packaged pasteuriser with integral cooling and aseptic filling. This uses the most appropriate HRS corrugated tube heat exchanger to deliver the most effective and efficient thermal treatment in its end-use situation, and can be tailored for any heating-holding-cooling cycle – including HTST (High Temperature, Short Time).

HRS’s wide range of solutions – including corrugated tube and scraped surface heat exchangers – means they can pasteurise anything from viscous fluids requiring gentle handling to complex mixtures, or materials which require thorough mixing. In recent years, the company has seen an increasing demand for equipment for the processing of coconut products. While coconut oil accounts for the largest proportion of coconut-derived products, coconut water, coconut milk, desiccated coconut and other products and co-products (such as coir) are also in high demand. As well as pasteurisation, HRS produces heat exchangers for a range of other processes including evaporation, sterilisation and thermal pre-treatment.

As in previous years, the HRS team will be easy to spot thanks to their now familiar, distinctive orange footwear – so just look for the people wearing the orange shoes!
